I had a busy weekend but it was very enjoyable. There was a lot of food and laughter involved ?.

Today I am going to talk to you about health.

We all know that our health is our wealth.

And we all know that we should eat healthy and exercise regularly to stay in good shape.

But, most of us are guilty of taking our health for granted and not doing enough to stay fit and healthy.

Let’s make a resolution today that we will start taking better care of ourselves, do some form of exercise every day and try and eat healthier meals everyday.

It is amazing how quickly you can start seeing the benefits of good food and exercise.

Now, let’s see how we can use Feng Shui to help improve your health luck.

Feng Shui can bring amazing improvement in your health and wellness when applied correctly.

In order to understand how to use the information in this post you will need to have your Kua Number.

The Kua Number is calculated on the basis of your date of birth and gender.

Now that you know your health direction or Tien Yi, you can start working towards improving your health luck.

As is obvious from the name, the health direction brings you good health and a long life.

If you are suffering from ill health then this is the direction that you need to tap into, to receive good energy for improving your health.

And if you are lucky to have no ailments, you can still tap into this direction and stay healthy and enjoy life even more.

You can also place or orientate your stove or kettle in such a way that the energy enters it from your health direction.

So, if your Kua Number is 3, your health direction would be North and if you were suffering from ill health or lack of energy, then you could orient your kettle in such a manner that the cord would face North direction, so that the energy would then be coming from your health direction.

Another way of tapping into your good health direction is by sitting in a way that you face your health direction when eating your meals.

Just by following these simple tips you can start improving your health.

Some other things that you do need to keep in mind are:

  • Make sure you continue using your good directions in your day to day life
  • Keep the Yearly taboos in mind and avoid directions which have negative stars, especially the Five Yellows and the Sickness Star
  • Don’t leave everything on Feng Shui, you have to make the effort to stay fit and healthy and use Feng Shui as an additional tool to improve your health
  • Do get regular health checks and stay on top of your health issues

And remember, Feng Shui starts working as soon as you apply it.
