Let’s talk about life today…

Being alive is such a wonderful gift!

But sometimes life can bring a lot of challenges along with it.

These challenges some times break people to such an extent that they become chronic ‘worriers.’

And, when someone is going through a tough time, it is hard for them to be able to think that their life could change for the better.

So, what do you do if you are in such a situation?

No matter where you are at right now, make sure that you hold a picture of what you want your life to be, in your mind all the time.

Our brain is one of the most powerful and creative tool that we have.

We use it all day without even thinking about it.

We think all kinds of thoughts everyday, some happy and some sad.

Our thoughts are very powerful and can help attract things that we want and things that we don’t want.

Then why do we attract things that we don’t want?

Well, the answer is very simple.

When you think of something long enough, you attract it in your life.

Similarly, when you fear something (and think about it all the time), you attract it to yourself.

If you have a fear about lack of money for example, and you keep talking or thinking about the ‘lack’ all the time, you create that kind of energy and thus, create more lack in your life.

Fear can create a viscous cycle of negative thinking.

It can be very difficult to focus on anything else when you are worrying about a certain issue, but the answer to this ‘feeling of lackor ‘fear’ is to shift the focus from ‘lack/fear‘ to being ‘grateful‘ for all that you have.

Every person wants more of something in his or her life.

It could be better health, better relationships, more money to enjoy life etc.

But, instead of thinking about what you don’t have, if you start thinking of all that you already have and be grateful for it, you shift the focus of your thoughts from lack to abundance.

An easy way to bring this change is by becoming generous with your Thank yous…

When you thank someone for their help or the universe for all that you have, you create a happy feeling.

The idea is to start looking for all the blessings that you already have in your life.

And, when you do that, you start shifting your luck too.

When you consciously start applying this principle in your life, you will find your luck changing.

You can start applying this principle in all aspects of your life, be it your health, happiness, loving partner, loving relationships etc.

It is such a simple thing to do.

Start being grateful for even the smallest blessing you might have in your life.

And remember to do this each day.

When you get into the habit of looking for your blessings, you will create the opportunity for more blessings to come to you ?

When you make this shift your life will blossom ?

And remember, you will get negative thoughts in your mind when you are in a tough situation. Just punch it away and affirm that everything will be ok.

Keep saying that to yourself over and over again.

And your life will surely change for the better.

When you are working hard to reach your goals and life dreams, using these simple tools can help you achieve your dream life sooner!
