If you are looking at building your house then it will be well worth putting on a detectives’ hat and investigating the history of the land you are about to buy.
Is the land you are looking at being cut into new blocks of land for building purposes, or is it an older building which is being demolished to construct new residential apartments or houses?
In both cases, you need to remember that every land comes with its own energy.
Depending on what the land housed before being demolished can actually explain a lot about what might be going on in a person’s life.
For example, if the land housed a hospital or an abattoir, it will have a lot of yin, painful or sad energy attached to it.
Being mindful of the previous buildings and its inhabitants can really help you understand what the current residents might be going through.
It is a good idea to steer clear of such buildings, no matter how good they might look now. The old energy tends to stick around for a long time and might need special rituals to purify them.
Homes which are built over older buildings are not the only ones which can suffer from the negative energy of the previous inhabitants.
New houses built on new blocks of land can also be affected by the lingering energy of the land. The older the land, the older its energy. It is important to cleanse the land before you build or move into the house.
If you live in a house that was built on a land which housed a hospital, abattoir or a police station, and if you feel that your life has been a constant battle since you moved in, then you should either think of getting your house cleansed of the negative, lingering energy or move out of the house.
Listen to your gut feeling when you move into your new home. You will be able to feel the energy and sense if something is not right. You might not be able to pin point it, but you will definitely know.
In such a situation you should get a Feng Shui Consultant in to have a look and suggest remedies.
If you feel you are not ready to get a Consultant in, then try applying the basic Feng Shui tips that I have been sharing with you. If your problems persist then you will need an experts help.
You need to remember that the benefits you reap after applying Feng Shui far outweigh the price you pay for a Feng Shui Consultation.
So, don’t wait and hope that your luck will change, change it now by applying Feng Shui.
