Let’s talk about the Sickness Star and how you can stay healthy in the Year of the Wood Dragon.
This year the Sickness Star is in the Southeast.
If your main door or your bedroom is in the Southeast then you need to take extra care of your health.
In Feng Shui we use five elements to control or activate the stars.
We control the negative stars and we enhance the positive stars.
The Sickness Star can be controlled by using Metal element. So, this year you should place some Metal in the Southeast of your house and office.
Some examples of Metal element are: A metal wind chime, a brass, bronze or copper sculpture etc.
A traditional Feng Shui cure for controlling Sickness energy is a Wu Lou.
Another way of controlling sickness energy is by placing a Salt Water Cute in the area where the Sickness Star is.
I will write about the Salt water cure in detail in my next post.
For people who are already sick or are elderly, they should try and move into another room if their bedroom is in the Southeast. And if you are pregnant then you too should avoid sleeping in the Southeast room.
People born in the Year of the Dragon and Snake should take extra care of their health this year.
Getting a regular health check is important.
Regular exercise and a healthy diet will also help you stay healthy.
