Hello there!
Today I am going to walk you through the Monthly Flying Star Updates as well as the luck of each astrological animal sign, for the month of August.
This month starts from the 8th of August and finishes on the 7th of September 2019.
These stars move around every month, bringing different kinds of energy with them.
They tend to affect you more if they are at your front door, your bedroom or in a room where you spend a lot of time.
Keeping this in mind, make sure you apply the relevant cures and you will have a smooth month 🙂
The other thing to keep in mind is that we look at the Yearly Flying Star chart too and see how the monthly and yearly charts interact with each other, and then apply the cures accordingly.
Please do not worry if you don’t understand how and why we are using the elements.
Just follow the tips and apply them in the relevant directions.
I am hoping that most of you have applied the Yearly cures by now.

Let’s get started with the Monthly Updates…
Flying Star Update for the Month of August – 8th August to 7th September 2019
The numbers in white are the Yearly Stars and the numbers in red colour are the monthly stars.
North:
North sector has the Number 1 auspicious star which brings success luck with it.
Activating this sector will bring new opportunities, financial gain, improved relationships and romance plus academic achievement for students.
You can place items which represent education, like the abacus or just place some books here.
This is a good sector for students and writers.
Avoid having too much water here this month.
Rat:
The luck of Rat animal sign is good this month.
They can expect success in their endeavours to get a new contract or signing a new deal.
Northeast:
Northeast has the Prosperity star number 8 this month.
If your house faces the Northeast you will benefit from the energy of this star.
You will find it easy to complete your projects successfully.
Ideally, we would enhance this star by placing earth or fire element in the sector, but if you remember, this year Northeast has the Sickness star, which is an earth star and we need to subdue it by placing Metal element here.
You can enhance this sector by placing the double carp symbol here.
Alternatively, you could place a hanging crystal in the window in the Northeast, provided you have placed a Wu Lou or a metal wind chime too.
Number 8 star brings wealth luck with it but make sure you take extra care of your health if your bedroom or office is in the Northeast.
Ox:
Ox animal sign has a wonderful month ahead with good money luck.
However, they should take care of their health and carry the anti-Illness amulet with them.
Tiger:
Your luck is good too and their are new opportunities coming your way.
You need to make sure that you get plenty of rest and take care of your health. You should carry the anti-illness amulet with you.
East:
East has the Number 3 argumentative star this month.
It can lead to arguments, legal issues and rising tempers especially if you are in the East room or your main door is in the east.
As you know, this star is here for one month only and then it will move to another sector.
And, the best thing about Feng Shui is that you can put the corrective cures in place to control the negative effects of the stars.
This month, you can place something red in the East part of your room or office to counter the effects of this negative star.
Make sure you read all documents thoroughly before signing them.
Keep this area quiet and avoid hanging wind chimes here as the noise activates the energy of the star.
Men should take extra care of their health this month.
Rabbit:
You will find that there might be petty issues coming up at work this month.
It is best not to argue and let things slide.
You will benefit from carrying the apple peace hanging with you.
Southeast:
This month the Romance and Literary star number 4 is in the Southeast.
It brings the energy of education luck, artistic talent, self-development and romance luck.
This is a good area for students to spend time in.
It can cause sibling rivalry too.
If your office is here then make sure to take extra care with all the paperwork and avoid mistakes.
You can enhance this star by introducing water energy here or by using blue and black colours.
The water element in the Southeast will control the negative effects of the Yearly Flying star number 7 too.
Avoid having too much fire or metal element here.
Snake and Dragon signs:
The Scholastic Star is in your sector this month and all students should benefit from it.
Married couples (snake and Dragon sign) should watch out for a third party involvement in their relationship this month.
You can tie an amethyst geode with a red string to your bed to keep your marriage safe.
South:
The future prosperity star number 9 is in the South this month.
You can enhance this star by using bright light or the colour red here.
But this star tends to magnify the effect of the Yearly star, which happens to be the Robbery star this year.
Make sure you check the locks if your main door is in the South.
You can display the Anti – Burglary plaque or sticker here.
Horse sign:
Horse born have the completion star in their sector and they will be able to complete the projects that they have started.
You should carry the Red Eagle amulet with them to keep their temper under control.
Southwest:
Southwest has the sickness star this month.
All the matriarchs need to take extra care of their health this month.
If your bedroom is in the Southwest, you will need to make sure that you put all the relevant cures to control the effect of this star.
The best cure for sickness energy is the Wu Lou. You can display a Healing Herbs Wu Lou next to your bed.
The sickness star is an Earth star and the Five Yellows which is also an Earth star is also in the Southwest this year.
You can control both these stars by using metal element in the Southwest.
The Five element pagoda is a very good Feng Shui cure for Five yellows.
You can also place a Wu Lou in the Southwest, which will help control the sickness energy here.
Avoid placing earth or fire element in this sector this month and for the year too.
Avoid digging, cutting trees or loud noise in this sector at all cost because the Five Yellows brings along with it financial problems, arguments and sickness energy.
Sheep and Monkey signs:
Both these signs need to take extra care of their health this month.
They should carry the anti-illness amulet with them and place a Wu Lou next to their beds.
West:
West has the Number 7 robbery star this month.
Make sure you check the locks at night and even during the day, especially if your main door faces West.
Place blue or black colour in the west this month.
You can display a water feature as well.
Avoid earth, metal and fire element here.
There is a risk of money loss too so be more vigilant.
As you can see, all these stars move around every month and bring different kinds of energy with them.
The good news is that once you know which sector/direction has the negative stars, you can control their effect by placing the right cure or by avoiding spending too much time there.
Similarly, we can enhance the effect of the good stars by activating them and benefit from their positive energy.
Rooster:
They need to be more careful this month as there are chances of betrayal this month.
Always double check anything you are signing at work or home.
You can place a victory flag on your desk to come out victorious this month.
Northwest
Northwest has the lucky star number 6 in its location this month.
It brings business and career success, as well as wealth with it.
There are chances of windfall luck, which can be activated by placing symbols of wealth here.
You can enhance it by placing a set of six coins, or using a crystal sphere here.
There are chances of disagreement between generations. To control this, place a red apple here.
Dog and Boar:
It is a smooth month for you.
You will find that your efforts start bearing fruit.
Don’t get carried away with your success.
Remember to stay humble and be respectful towards your elders.
Center
This month the Five Yellow is in the centre of every house/building.
This star brings misfortune luck with it and the centre creates the ruling energy of the month too.
Those who have an open plan house will feel its effect more.
The best cure for the Five Yellows is the Five Element Pagoda.
If you do not have the Five Element pagoda, you can use anything made of metal here, like the Wu lou or any other metal object that you might have at home, as long as it has a smooth surface.
Avoid spending too much time here.
Keep this area quiet.
Do not play loud music or do any renovations in this area this month.
Ideally one should avoid having fire element or red colour here but we have enhanced this sector with red colour for the Yearly Flying star.
You do not have to remove those enhancers.
You can just subdue the Five Yellows by introducing more metal energy.
When you apply these cures make sure you keep your eyes and ears open for any changes.
Usually you can see the improvement in a few days.
A lot of times people think that the positive outcome is just a coincidence, but that is how Feng Shui works.
