In the day and age we live in, cars are a necessity, especially in areas where suburbs are spread out over a vast area of land. Cars help us reach our destination on time and with ease too.
So, let’s see how we can use Feng Shui to stay safe on the road as well as in our day-to-day activities or work related activities.
The first and foremost thing to do is to be aware and cautious while driving as well a s while using power tools or just fixing the roof tiles. Try not to be distracted, either because of children or friends, or any other reason (phone would be a big one) and keep your attention focused on the road/job.
But, sometimes you can be a cautious person and still get involved in an accident. This could be due to the fault of someone else or just a mere accident because of wrong judgement on the other person’s part.
If we look at accidents (or anything negative that happens in a person’s life) from a Feng Shui perspective, it would be because the energy of the home is or has turned negative.
Remember the flying stars that I have talked about in my earlier posts?
These stars have some good/positive stars, which bring good luck, and some stars are negative/bad, and bring bad luck of some sort wherever they go.
Keeping this in mind, there are a few important things that you can do to stay safe from accidents.
- One, check the annual and monthly flying stars at your front door and your bedroom.
- The annual flying star is the one which sits in a particular direction for the whole year. I cover the yearly flying stars updates in my online course, Blooming New Year, each year.
- The monthly flying stars are the stars which move each month. So, if you have a good star at your front door in the month of September, you could get a negative star in the month of October. Keeping this in mind, September will be a better month for you as compared to October. But, you have to keep the yearly flying stars in mind too. Does this sound too complicated to you? I am sure it does, especially if you are a beginner in Feng Shui. Don’t worry. I have an easier fix for this problem just for you ?.
- If you don’t want to worry about which star is where, then all you have to do is place a 6 rod wind chime near your front door. Once you have done it, you are automatically covered from the negative effects each month.
- You can place another wind chime in your bedroom. Wind chimes are excellent cures for sickness energy too.
When using wind chimes you need to keep a few things in mind.
- Make sure the number of rods is 6.
- It is made of all metal.
- It is placed in such a manner that you do not stand or sit under the wind chime.
The other things to look out for are:
- Make sure your front door is not being afflicted by a corner of a building or a big tree in front of it.
- Check that you do not have too much of an element that could be destroying the main element of that direction. For example, if you main door faces East (the element of East is Wood, and metal destroys wood) and you have too much Metal element there, then it could be causing your bad luck.
- Here are the cycles that we use all the time in Feng Shui:

- You should check the direction of your bedroom as well, and check if it has too much of an element which destroys the intrinsic element of that direction.

- If you do have excess amount of an element that destroys or exhausts the element of that direction, then try and remove it and add the right element instead.

- Do ensure that your front door doesn’t have junk or clutter near it. Keep the main door area clean and brightly lit.
By following these tips you and your near and dear ones will be able to stay safe, not only while driving but in other situations as well.
Wishing all of you a safe and happy life ?
Lots of love.
