Good Feng Shui aims at creating balance and harmony in any space.
It is always a good idea to ensure that there is plenty of sunshine in the house. Though the energy created by sunlight can be too yang and it can create an imbalance of energies in a space. Hence, it is important to balance the excess sunlight energy with the use of shade.

If there is too much yang energy in a room/home, it can cause headaches and raised tempers.
If you have a room which gets a lot of sunlight, you can counteract its effect by hanging a lead crystal in the window. This helps in transforming the energy of the room by creating a rainbow in the room, which helps to energise the chi of the room and brings healthy, revitalised energy to the residents.
Another way of fixing this problem is to have thick curtains or blinds for that room. You can let the sunlight in for a few hours and then draw the curtains and balance the energy.
Similarly, if a room is too dark and shady, it is important to improve it’s chi by introducing yang energy in the form of a bright light and you can also play lively music there. Open up the windows and let some light and fresh air in, to lift the energy of the room.
Try and achieve a good balance of yin and yang in your home at all times to create the energy of success and good luck.
As always, do share this post with your near and dear ones and help them achieve more success in their lives too.
