Today, I am going to talk to you about the shape of a room and how it can affect your luck.
Before we dive in, you will need to know the general directions in your house.
If you work out the main orientation of your house, you will then have a good idea of where all the other directions are.
And, do remember that as you move from one room to another, the directions will change a little too.
If you stand in the middle of a room, you will be able to work out all the directions for that particular room.
Once you have this information, you can use it for this tip.
It is best to make all the rooms regular in shape.
The best shape for any room is a square or a rectangle.
You should avoid having irregular shaped rooms like a triangle or L – shaped room.
When you have irregular shaped rooms it creates problems for the inhabitants of those rooms.
Depending on the direction that is missing because of the incomplete shape, you will find it missing in your personal life too, especially if it is a room where you spend a lot of time.
L – shaped rooms are considered inauspicious in Feng Shui.
If you have an L – shaped bedroom then it will be better for you to sleep in the part which resembles the handle or the part which is shorter.
If you have your bed in the other part then you can fix this problem by visually creating a barrier to seperate the two parts and make them two rectangles.
This can be achieved by placing a sheer curtain there.
The other way to correct this problem is by placing a rug or a carpet in the smaller area.
This will visually separate the two areas and create two rooms, symbolically.
As bedrooms play a major role in the relationship of a couple, you should see an improvement in your relationship after fixing this issue.
Sometimes, when the rooms are being designed, they may look like a regular shape, but when there are attached bathrooms or walk-in wardrobes, they can also change the shape of the room.
Keep this in mind when designing your home.
