When bedrooms become too yin they create sickness energy.
And, when there is sickness in a room it can become too yin.
Usually a room becomes too yin when it has no windows or is full of clutter and hasn’t been cleaned for a long time.
Another reason for a room to be too yin could be due to illness suffered by the occupant of the room.
The walls tend to absorb the energy of the occupants living in a house.
If there has been sickness in the house, it’s energy will linger on and affect the new occupants as well.
When you sleep in a room which has had sickness, you will find that even if you sleep towards your good health direction even then you will have health issues.
So, for those of you who have had illness in your home, make sure that you work on the energy of that room regularly.
If possible, change rooms as soon as you start experiencing ill health. Doing so breaks the cycle of sickness straightaway.
Find out your good health direction and try and orient your bed so that you sleep towards your good direction.
If you can’t move out of your room then make sure that you keep it clean and energised.
Usually we try and keep bedrooms more yin than yang.
But, in this case you need to ensure that your bedroom gets enough yang energy every day to get rid of the sickness energy.
You should be able to feel the energy of your room/home when you walk in.
Does your room/home feel bright and alive?
Or does it feel dull and tired?
This energy (that you feel) gets transferred to you and your family.
One of the easiest way of energising your home is to open up all the doors and windows on a sunny day and letting fresh air reach every nook and cranny.
You can go around each room with a singing bowl or a metal bell, and use them till you feel a shift in the energy.
I use my singing bowl for energising my clients’ homes all the time.
It is amazing to hear the change in the sound/pitch of the singing bowl after I have played it for a while.
It starts getting louder as the energy is cleansed in a room.
If you haven’t used a singing bowl before, you might want to give a try.
I will post a video of me playing the singing bowl some time soon 🙂
Other ways of getting rid of stagnant energy is by playing happy music or prayers and using bright lights in the room.
You can leave the music on all day, especially when you are out all day, or if you live alone.
Empty houses can become too yin due to lack of activity.
Having a pet in the house is another way of introducing yang energy in the house.
So, the next time you enter your home, have a look around and feel the energy of your home.
What is it like?
Become more sensitive to the energy around you and start working on improving it.
When you feel the improvement in the energy in your space, you will see an improvement in your life too.
