How is the quality of your sleep?

Do you and your children sleep well at night or do you/they find it hard to fall asleep?

The problem of lack of sleep can be fixed quite easily with Feng Shui.

Let’s have a look at what you can do to improve your sleep.

In order to get a good night’s sleep make sure that your bedroom is:

  • Kept clean
  • There is no clutter around the bed or under the bed
  • The bedside table should be kept clutter free as well
  • Do not have too many plants in the bedroom. One or two plants away from the bed are fine
  • Do not have an aquarium or a water feature in the bedroom. A glass of water is perfectly ok 🙂
  • Make sure that you are sleeping towards one of your good directions. You will need to calculate your Kua number to get your four good directions. A good night’s sleep is very important for us to remove toxins from our brain as well as it helps every part of the body to relax and rejuvenate.

Insomnia or lack of sleep can increase the risk of disorders in the body, like high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, obesity etc.
