Hope you are all well.
I know it’s been a while since I posted anything.
I am visiting India right now. Yes, my holiday season has already started and I am enjoying every minute of it ?.
I am sharing some of the pictures to give you an idea of what we are up to!
This picture was taken outside the famous Rock Garden, which is a sculpture garden made out of recycled ceramic and other materials.
This is Indian ice cream also called Kulfi. Traditionally, Kulfi is made from full cream milk and sugar and cardamom/saffron flavouring.
The milk is cooked with sugar and flavouring till it thickens, and then it is frozen in special Kulfi moulds, after the mixture cools down.
Our favourite is the Lahori Kulfi which has pistachios in it. Yummm ?
It is always fun to be home with my family, friends and relatives.
And the food is always Ah..mazing ?.
I am sure most of you must be busy with Christmas shopping and Christmas lunch preparations.
