When you are a business owner and have a lot of people working under you, you can come across a lot of inter-personal problems, not just amongst the staff members but between the boss and other employees too.
When hiring people do all the due diligence that you need to do and follow the company policy too. But on top of that you can use Feng Shui to guide you in the process of hiring.
According to Feng Shui, there are twelve animal signs in the Chinese zodiac system and every individual has been assigned one animal sign based on their year of birth.
The twelve animal signs are: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Boar (Pig).
Out of these twelve animal signs, every person has three animal signs which are considered to be their allies, and another one who is considered their secret friend.
Generally speaking, these allies and friends are considered good for you and when placed together in a work environment, they work well with each other. This could make a huge difference in your career advancement too.
You might find that you usually get along more with people who are your allies or secret friends.
So, try and hire people who are either your allies or secret friends.
Do keep in mind that there maybe some exceptions to this rule as a lot of other factors like, educational qualification, cultural aspects, Kua Number, East or West group etc can come into play too.
Here is a list of all the animal signs and their allies and secret friends.
Let’s have a look at an example to make it more clear for you.
If you are a Rat born person your three Allies are: Rat, Dragon and Monkey.
Your secret friend is Ox.
You can now work out all the other animal signs and their allies and secret friend too.
Once you know who your allies and secret friends are, you can then use this knowledge while hiring people.
(You can read more about your animal sign, their Allies and Secret friend in my earlier post which I will share again)
And while hiring, try and avoid hiring your Zodiac sign enemy.
Yes, you read it correct!
Every animal sign has an arch nemesis and it is a good idea to steer clear of these people, especially if you are going into a partnership with them.
It can be tricky trying to work out which animal sign gets along with others. As long as you use this rule for the head of the organisation, it should bring fruitful results to you.
If you have a positive attitude and use these Feng Shui principles while looking for staff members for your organisation, you will see a difference in productivity and relationships too.
As always, do share my posts with your friends and relatives and help them improve their career and life too.
