Hey everyone.
I was on my way back home after the school drop-off when I saw one of our friend’s house up for sale and it brought back memories of our move to our present home, over a year ago.
As you can well imagine, when we started looking for our house my main focus was to try and use all my knowledge of Feng Shui while buying the property.
I had a list of things that I knew ‘HAD’ to be there in the landscape, for it to be a really lucky house for us. I must admit, I was quite adamant about this in our search for the house.
I rejected quite a few houses, even some really appealing ones, because they did not conform to the Feng Shui principles and would not have worked out for us personally.
The thing to remember is that we can fix the inside of a house more easily by applying Feng Shui remedies but it can be tricky (or next to impossible at times) to fix the outside or the natural landscape of the area where the house is built, hence my insistence on getting the right location for our home.
It is also very hard to get everything right in a house or space. But the good thing is that we can create the right balance of energy by fixing the problem areas so that they do not create obstacles for us and we ensure that we enhance the areas that are already lucky, so that they bring even more luck to us.
I am happy to state that we eventually bought a house which conformed to most of the landscape Feng Shui Principles.
We are happily settled in our new home and absolutely love being here, and the best part about it is that our life is getting better with each passing day.
