How are your finances?
With the way the economy is going most people are finding it hard to keep their money in their pockets.
So, keeping this in mind let’s see how we can use Feng Shui to help improve our financial situation.
Southeast is the sector related to wealth in Feng Shui.
There are many other formulas which can be applied for wealth luck but I am talking about the basics here. For a more in-depth analysis of your home or business you will need a proper Feng Shui consult.
The element of Southeast is Wood.
When you display healthy, green plants in the Southeast of your living room you are adding the Wood element there, which can help increase your income/money.
You can also add a small water feature in the Southeast as Water element is needed to keep the plants healthy (in the productive cycle of Feng Shui).
For businesses, hanging plants are really good as they help improve the flow of people into the business, hence improving the flow of income as well.
The best plants are those which have thick round leaves, like the jade plant.
Do not display plants which have thorns or have long and spiky leaves.
Make sure you take good care of your plants.
If you forget to tend to them and they die, then it will negatively impact your finances.
It might be a good idea to check what you have in your Southeast.
Do not have any dead or dying plants here.
If needed, get some healthy plants to replace the dead ones.
If you cannot have real plants then invest in some good quality artificial plants instead. They work equally well.
If you have a bathroom in the Southeast then do not place the plants inside the bathroom or toilet, you can activate the Southeast sector by placing healthy plants outside the house, or you can use small Tai chi and place plants in the Southeast of your dining room or family room.
Remember, we don’t want too many plants in our bedroom. One or two plants are usually ok but no more than that.
