Hey everyone.

Today I am going to talk to you about some of the most important factors that you should keep in mind before you buy a piece of land for building your dream home, or before you buy or rent a house/office building.

It is imperative to take these Feng Shui guidelines into consideration when planning to build.

When we look at a building site or piece of land from a Feng Shui perspective, we take into account the cosmic energy or chi of the area. This includes its landscape, mountain formations, buildings – their shape and size, the road and street arrangements, the rivers around it etc.

Every piece of land can have positive energy or negative energy.

Positive energy brings along with it the energy of growth, happiness and abundance.

Negative energy has the opposite effect. It brings problems, health issues, losses etc.

Here is a list of some things that one should watch out for, when looking for land to build a house or office, or when buying or renting an already built house or building:

  • Do not build on a piece of land which has been used as a Burial ground
  • Avoid building on top of a hill
  • Land which has a slope at the back is not a good spot for building either
  • Check for Geopathic stress (energies emanating from earth which may cause health problems) at the building site, which could be due to underground water, tunnels, sewers, geological fault lines, pipes, mineral deposits or harmful electromagnetic rays
  • Avoid building near big Electrical power lines, Television or Phone transmitters etc.

The ill effects of living on such a piece of land or house can be long term.

If possible, get a Feng Shui expert in as they will be able to work out more accurately whether the land is good for construction/buying/renting or not, and if the house or land is going to bring you good luck or not.

Feng Shui consultants can fix a lot of problems. But, sometimes the issues can be too grave or difficult to fix. So, it is always a good idea to get their advice first, before you go ahead with the purchase.

In addition to the External environment of a building site or land, the Internal environment of the house or office, is also very important. Especially the energy of the rooms where you spend most of the time, like the bedroom or the family or lounge room.

Some things to watch out for in these rooms would be:

  • Sharp corners of pillars, tables pointed straight towards you when you sleep or sit and watch television
  • Overhead beams
  • Decorative objects with sharp corners/edges
  • Electromagnetic rays etc.

If you feel that your luck or your health has been getting worse over time, you should definitely look out for the things discussed above (in your immediate environment as well as in the outer environment of your house or building).

We should work towards creating an area which is harmonious and well balanced in order to benefit from the benevolent energy of our personal space.

This can be achieved by using the principles of Feng Shui which offer simple techniques and remedies to fix a lot of problems.

Don’t wait till your problems become huge.

A stitch in time can definitely save nine :).

Wishing all of you good health and lots of good luck.

And, before I leave, I would like to share something with all of you.

If you are not on Facebook or Instagram, chances are you haven’t seen my post from yesterday.

I hope you get a good laugh out of it, I know I did 😉

This was me, this afternoon ?

It had been raining all day yesterday.

I had to go out to get an important document from an office which was right near the parking lot.

As we are in lockdown I was expecting a limited number of people in the office.

But, it turned out that you had to wait outside and someone came out to talk to you, and then they just did the needful.

So, there I am talking to the guy at the door, who put up his hand and indicted to me to stop and said that as we were in lockdown no one could go inside, but a staff member would be there shortly.

I nodded and waited.

A few minutes later the other staff member came out and asked me what I needed.

I told her and she explained the process and went away to get the documents.

Now, both the staff members seemed to act a bit strange.

I felt it but couldn’t tell why?

I got my paperwork in a few minutes, thanked her and walked back to the car in the rain.

As soon as I sat down in the car, I looked in the rear view mirror and that is when I realized why both of them had seemed a bit strange and awkward towards me.

This is exactly what they saw!!! See picture ⬆️ ?

They had no idea who was behind the mask or under the hoodie ?.

Poor guys ?.

And I couldn’t stop laughing for some time ???

P.S. I could see through the gap between the mask and the hoodie ?? #rofl (rolling on the floor, laughing).

Have a great weekend ?.
