Speaking of health, I would like to bring your attention to your bedroom.
The placement of the bedroom in the house, and of the beds in the bedroom, can really affect your health.
Let’s have a look at where your bedroom is in your house.
Is your bedroom on the first floor?
If it is on the first floor, what do you have under your bedroom?
Chances are that your bedroom is built above the garage.
I have seen a lot of houses with the master bedroom above the garage.
The energy of a garage is unstable because of the nature of the room.
Cars are parked, and driven in and out all the time.
At times the garage is also used as a store room, with the lawn mower and other stuff like extra paint cans and oils stored there.
These oils, paints and other chemicals tend to exude fumes and over a long period of time the energy gets polluted and effects the health of the people sleeping above the garage.
If possible, change your bedroom.
If it is not possible to move rooms then make sure that your garage is always kept clean and avoid storing oils, paints or any other materials that can be harmful when inhaled.
Keep the energy moving in the garage by leaving a light on all night or by playing music there. You can leave a radio on through the day and that will lift the energy of the garage.
