Good morning!

This year the work situation has been quite different with people working from home.

But, generally speaking office spaces tend to be set out in symmetrical lines, to make the most of the space available.

For those of you who understand Feng Shui, you will also understand that it is much better to have a smooth flow of energy rather than energy flowing in a fast, straight line.

So, it is much better to have a slow, meandering flow of energy, especially in offices where there are so many people working together.

This meandering energy brings along with it harmonious relationships and smooth working environment.

If you are finding it hard to create more peace and harmony in your office, you might want to check out the layout of the furniture first.

Try and create a smooth flow of energy by creating sections around the office, which slow down the energy, bringing more harmony in the space.

The placement of furniture/tables right in front of each other also creates confrontation among people sitting on them.

If there is disharmony, office politics and lack of cooperation among co-workers, then changing the set up of the furniture can ease the situation.

Remember, the longer you wait to apply any Feng Shui tip, the worse the situation will become and the longer it will take to fix it.

When there is peace and harmony in a space, there is more productivity and happiness as well.

Use these Feng Shui tips in your work space to increase harmony and goodwill among the people working there.
