Hi there!
How’s your week going?
As you know by now, if I am not posting, it usually means I am busy holding video calls, writing reports for my clients, or I am out doing site visits and helping people find their dream homes or business premises, or converting their existing homes or businesses into a safe haven which delivers good luck to the residents, helping improve their overall luck.
In my experience, people who got in touch with me usually had some knowledge of Feng Shui.
But, there seems to have been a shift lately, most probably because of COVID. There is an increase in the number of people willing to give Feng Shui a try. They are obviously going through a rough patch and are looking for some kind of hope to hang on to.
And I think, out of this adverse situation, those who turn to Feng Shui, will be converted forever 🙂
So, a big welcome to all the new, budding Feng Shui enthusiasts.
I know you will love this new chapter of your life and you will not only survive this phase of life but you will start thriving and enjoying life once again.
Good luck and I hope you give Feng Shui a chance to turn your life around.
Today’s Feng Shui tip is for those of you who are looking at purchasing land to build their own house or office/business.
You know, I learnt all the principles and secrets of Feng Shui because I wanted to build our dream home based on Feng Shui.
We still haven’t built our house but I am happy to say that I have helped a lot of people by planning their homes and businesses, based on Feng Shui.

I will let you know when I build my own home and share the journey with all of you.
So, let’s have a look at what you should be looking for when buying land for building:
- The first and foremost thing to keep in mind is that the shape of the land should be regular
- A square or rectangle shape is one of the best options
- Avoid buying a triangular shaped land
- The land should not slope down at the back

- Deeper land is better than shallow ones
- Make sure that the area around the block of land doesn’t have any menacing or threatening buildings or features
- If possible, have higher ground at the back of the land
- Preferably the house should be placed in the middle part of the block/land
- It is better to have more area in front of the house as compared to the back
- Try and have more area to the left side of the house as compared to the right hand side

I hope these Feng Shui tips will come in handy for all those who are planning to build their homes.
